Last nights passionfruit souffle!...
Funny thing is once id made it we both realised neither of us had actually ever had one so had no idea if it was cooked how it was supposed to be! It rose & it tasted good...so i suppose that means it worked?! Id love someone to enlighten me on the consistancy they should be!
ok so now you are just showing off!!!! KG (PS it doesn't matter if it didn't taste any good, though i bet it did, 'cos it looks so darn good!)
ReplyDeleteIt did taste good...kind of like hot half cooked merengue...not sure if this is how they are supposed to taste though!
ReplyDeleteis that the tour in the background? eating a little souffle while watching the men jiggle their behinds up the hills ... hahahah
ReplyDeleteSeriously impressive Sal - that Kitchenaid has made you into such a domestic goddess! K xx
ReplyDeleteI've never made one either but yours looks perfect!!!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like something straight out of a cook book picture - Perfect! I bet it was yum!
ReplyDeleteThat looks beautiful! A good souffle is what I imagine eating a cloud would be like, soft, light & fluffy......I have made cheese and chocolate ones before, but never passionfruit, will have to give it a go, delish!
