Lydia's Wardrobe - Before.

Last week i completed the design & joinery drawings for a new walk-in-wardrobe for Sydney fashion stylist & jewelry designer Lydia Saunders. You can see some of Lydia's styling work here & her jewelry, which you can also buy online here

Lets look at the before shots...
Lets just say the tenants who live in the apartment she has recently purchased don't exactly keep the wardrobe in stylish state!

 Part of the brief was to come up with good looking & practical storage for Lydia's extensive collection of handbags & clutch bags. Heres how they currently live.....

We wanted a solution where the bags would stand up & not fall over & also a better way to store & see all the clutch bags. Lydia also wanted lots of half & full hanging.

I couldn't resist giving you a peek at her shoe collection;

 I have included a low pull out shoe shelf for her flats, but the heels however weren't part of the brief...Lydia has purchased a custom made shoe cabinet for these! Hell Yeah!
Stay tuned in a few weeks for the 'after' photos of Lydia's new custom wardrobe.
