I am seriously loving this nursery! Its modern & chic, but also fun!

Nursery Week!

At the moment i think i may be the only person i know who isn't pregnant or has a baby!

In any case, i know when its my turn i'm going to go a little mental decorating the nursery. 

So this week i have decided to feature a couple of swoon worthy nurseries i have seen of late!

I just stumbled over this piece of gorgeousness - i love every single element of it!

Stylish Nursery {via Green Wedding Shoes}

One of my favourite wedding blogs, Green Wedding Shoes has been doing a series on nurseries & i just love the one they featured today! Stylish & Functional! And isn't that feature wall cool.

Not having children myself {yet!} are these pictures are giving me unrealistic expectations of how tidy one can keep a nursery?! ;)

Everyone around me is having babies (not me just yet!) and I've been seeing some of the coolest nurseries lately. 

Glamourous Little Girls Room

How totally glamourous & sophisticated is this little girls room - I love the drama of the black chandelier against the pretty tiffany blue! Seagrass or Jute carpet is a great idea for a kids room too!

Kids rooms - seeing stripes!

A friend recently painted her sons bedroom walls in stripes - it reminded me how simple yet effective a bold stripe can be! So great in a kids room where you can be that extra bit braver with your decorating!

 I have to say this grey scheme is one of my favourites - the mouldings on the lower half of the wall look divine & add that extra richness to the room & the grey has a gorgeous soothing softness to it!

A few great kids rooms

This ones for my brother & sister in law!

 Their first baby is due in september, but we don't know if its a boy or a girl!

How's this for a different spin on a girls room - or a room for the future baby who's gender is a surprise! I think this room would work for either - i know its not that masculine, but mum would certainly enjoy spending time in here!

You wouldnt think of blue for a girly room but this is so feminine i think!

I have no idea where these images came from but im speechless. If i ever have a daughter i hope i can make her a beautiful room like this...

Bohemian Girls room

Loving this little girls room i saw over on Oh Dee Oh. Take away a few of the toys (and a bigger bed might be handy!) & id quite like it for myself! The venetian mirrors, puffs & the pink pattern (i think possible a Madeline Weinrib rug?) get me every time!

infact i already have the pouff! A birthday pressie from my mates from Table Tonic! AND at the moment everything is 25% off, so nows the time to grab one for yourself if youve been thinking about it!
