Wedding Dress Lust

I am having major wedding dress envy over this amazing J'Anton Couture gown.

Interesting how in 3 years my tastes have changed completely.

If the budget had allowed (unlikely) I would have these guys design my dress in a heartbeat!

I have to say i am really enjoying living at the beach now its summer.

Ive pledged to make daily swims part of my routine this year.

9 days in & i haven't missed a day!

Blog Makeover

You may have noticed Once Daily Chic had had a makeover!

Its….well….a lot less pink!

And i felt it was time for a change of header - more personal!
Although i will miss the lovely Christian Chaize beach images.
Ive now got a series of them framed in my hallway at home

I am by no means a computer whizz, so its never going to be the fanciest blog around

but i feel that the new look is more reflective of my style these days.

A new years resolution of sorts….

CORSICAN HOME

This amazing house located on the island of Corsica is the family home of Carol Gerland, the director of communication for Zadig & Voltaire. The natural building materials blend with the rugged landscape, decoration in itself. So simple & beautiful.

I don't know about you, but i can certainly see myself spending some time by that pool!

Imagine long lazy days here…& balmy evening nights with a French Rose & BBQ seafood...

The home of Zoe Dent from The Wedding Nest in the latest Adore Magazine is right up my alley.

In fact we have so many of the same pieces, some of the spaces i did a double take on:)

Must be the northern beaches vibe - we are only a suburb away from each other!

White Christmas

Its been 3 years since we have had our own Christmas Tree to decorate

(in-between houses, overseas etc!) and I LOVE Christmas decorating!

Lat year in the sales i stocked up on beautiful white ceramic decorations for the new tree.

This year I'm going all white & neutrals.

I am superstious so don't put my tree up till the 1st december, but we snuck it in early last night!
